A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that operates the results service. Our servers do not keep a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of the message and use them to respond.

The Nebraska Data Privacy Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. ยงยง87-1101 through 87-1130, gives qualifying consumers rights to confirm, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of covered personal data, along with certain opt-outs. Because this site retains little data, a request normally concerns a contact message or server log. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Nebraska, Sarpy County, or Papillion custodians are outside our control; their record-specific exemptions mean the privacy statute does not automatically remove a government record.
